Использовала сначала просто обычную воду (эффект не очень впечатлил), а со средством для мытья окон – самым обычным результат значительно лучше. Лучше пройтись 2 раза, со сменой тряпок. Особенно, если окна не мылись давно (как этот получилось у меня). То есть первый раз с моющим средством, второй раз после смены тряпочек на чистые сухие снова с моющим средством для окон. Я мыла с питанием от розетки. Не поняла, должен ли он работать без питания, на собственном аккумуляторе или нет. У меня не включился без провода. Присасывается к стеклу отлично. Шумит довольно громко, но терпимо. Как пылесос. Когда заканчивает мойку стёкла возвращается в положение «откуда начал» и пропищав, продолжает шуметь как пылесос но уже не двигаясь. Покупкой довольна очень. Со скидкой купила за 5977р. Рекомендую от души. Фото для сравнения до/после. С продавцом общаться не пришлось, все отлично. Осталось только выяснить, работает ли он у меня не от сети.

Внешний вид и комплектность соответствует описанию. Месяц работы, 4 больших окна, 2 балкона с французским остеклением помыты. Качество мытья среднее, грязь не отмывает, только снимает пыль. Для поддержания чистоты норм, для отмывания окон от стройки рядом не поможет.
    В 1й день проверки отвалился от окна, прям отпрыгнул, вовремя дернули за веревку, не успел долбануться. Иногда зависает и мигает красным, пару раз помигал и отвис, после этого его ручным управлением удалось довести поближе к месту, где можно до него дотянуться. Итого: месяц эксплуатации – пока жив, 1 полет, периодические зависания. Покупка полезная, но прежде надо отмыть окна от грязи, а потом роботом регулярно протирать пыль
